Complaint filed against: Flipkart. com
Placed my order using my gift card & the remaining amount has been debited from bank to fullfill the order. But my order was not placed & because of the technical issue my gift card is also expired.
But I payed before the expiry time & they accept that I payed but they refused to provide me the item because the gift card is expired
Is it the customers fault or what??
In the name of Gift card they are looting the money
Because of this I lost my gift card of rs 722.
Value of the order is 2096 | 1374 paid by me & 722 used my gift card.
Now you can clearly understand whose fault is this
They should process the order
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
