- Denied giving me room and given to someone else(checked in at my app) though it was prepaid Closed

i made the prepaid booking on oyo for my interview scheduled next day in a company in gurugram. next day my train got late a little and i reached the hotel at around *.** am in the morning of *nd june.hotel manager(hotel raj ,arakshan road, paharganj ,new delhi) misbehaved with me and denied giving me room said you are late. when i booked the room and also given prepaid amount then it should be my call when to come not yours.i checked oyo app for customer care number,i noticed it was showing that i checked in at *.** am in the morning and i am staying in the hotel since then.that means these guys gave my room to someone else and charged money from two people for same room(cheaters).
i called oyo multiple times and they use to talk them then says i am putting your call on hold.call gets on hold for **mins first time and then more than ** mins for second time(i got the call record from myjio app for proof).then after getting nothing from **-**mins i left and got room in near by hotel at around **.**am (got the invoice of that hotel for the same,also they got the cctv recording).
finally after all this stuff i got late reaching office at time in gurugram and got the first impression bad due to this.result is i am rejected.
then i raised issue on oyo app multiple times and at last they all get resolved and closed without even contacting me .
next day i messaged oyo on facebook ,then i received a call from mr.pankaj talking from esclation dept.he assured that he will look into it. then i mailed my train ticket and call log as a proof to him but he didn't responded.on *th june i again mailed him then he finally called me again and said i am responsible for check in as hotel manager got the call from someone to check in room (acc to them....fake story) from my name and they cannot refund me.he said according to him i was only for * mins at reception and didnt called oyo for same. cmmon i got the call records which shows i did called oyo but didnt got any help for more than ** mins.and yes why should i stand at reception for long,i kept on roaming there and waited at the couch in the hotel reception(check the cctv properly and dont try to build fake story just to save hotel and your oyo captain).and yes i also got the mail from oyo for check out(how did this happen when i was not there,got the invoice of another hotel near to it and cctv footage for the same). so pls stop fooling people and building fake story and looting people.i need justice for that. i lost my money,lost my interview,lost my time and suffered the humiliation(hotel manager's behaviour was inappropriate).
