Dear Sir/Mam,
I had requested a new broadband installation on **th Sept. Somehow the payment I have made, had wrong CAF number, I was told by one of a sales executive “GauriShankar Jha” to wait for * days. It’s been more than * days, every morning he promises that it will be installed, then no response on phone or text all day.
Please suggest me the Solution
