Received a call from BSNL
But disconnected after realising that it was an advertisement call
Immediatly got a message that 30 rupees deducted for some yari dosti service
On calling customer care first a lady executive said that money cannot be refunded
On calling again a male executive said that it was me who activated the service while I just received and disconnected the call
My concern is that how they are making money by fooling people in a manner which is unavoidable..I mean how a person can avoid this if the money is deducted only by receiving a call.
Please do something. Think for the people for whom even a single rupee is important as phone balance.
