The new TRAI guidelines say that there is no discount on the *nd connection so we are free to choose different channels for the *nd connections not necessarily mirror the primary connection. I have been calling them they have no answer so they disconnect my call. What's surprising is that even their supervisor does the same. I wrote an email as well but no response. This is cheating.
