I have subscribed for Jio fiber on **th April but the same day it stopped working. I raised several complaints but jio people were closing these complaints without resolving. It happened for almost ** days. When I tried calling them, they were stating there is some issue in my location. Also when I asked for my refund for these ** days, they declined.
