Hello, order number: ****************. I have ordered mi earphones basic black (*), mi usb cable ** cm (Fast charging) (*) and mi ir cable set-top box (Stb) controller, after a week earphones stopped working and one of the ear phone is not responding, i have called customer care and they asked me to visit the nearest service centre for replacement, i went to * different service centres and they don't have stock, even the ir cable is also not working, they don't have stock for it cable also and the are not sure when they are going to get that available, as a e commerce company if a person is facing issues with in the return period am supposed to get the replacement to my door step, in-spite of that xiaomi asking us to visit nearest service centre, this is not a mobile/tab to walkin to the service centre, and i have been checking with the service centres from past week, this is really frustrating, xiaomi cs is worst, i do not want any replacement for these two products as i have bought another earphones as i need it, i need refund for the mi earphones basic black (*) and mi ir cable set-top box (Stb) controller asap, please don't buy xiaomi products directly from xiaomi store, buy from flipkart and amazon, their cs is awesome.
