ordered a diamond from the merchant “Bhola Nath Sarraf And Lu” Gol Darwaza, Chowk, Lucknow, U.P., India of ***,*** Inr, paid from my Abn Amro debit card.
Later, the merchant called me, telling the diamond I requested is no more available. He tried to convince me to buy another quality, top which I refused and asked for refund/payback.
The merchant later told me that it is not possible for him to pay in “Euros” and would like to pay me back in Inr. Therefore, I provided him with my Hdfc Indian account details for the transfer.
The merchant did not pay ***,*** rs. rather he only paid ***,*** INR back.
He informed that he received only ***,*** and therefore will only pay me back the same.
I would like to receive the other amount (i.e. Mdr ), which has to be paid by the merchant and not the customer.
