I recharge my sim with Rs*** package but the internet services is not working. There is no problem with calling and receiving the calls only internet is not working. And this is the second time . I have already talked to vi customer care about my problem and also followed the instructions but still nothing happens. I am facing the same problem with my other sim.
I request you to please help me with this issue.
