It is really disappointing the way I have been harassed for all my recent orders
I notice a constant negligence in the service
I have concerns with my past * orders
*. My first order with order number ************ where in I have been already charged rupees *** for it and the order got automatically cancelled. Then I tried contacting customer support in which the executive told there has been no such order ID ,I am surprised if there has been no such order ,I cannot randomly create an order ID .There is no executive who can confirm me that I will be getting back the amount incorrectly charged
*. My second order with order ID *********** where again I have been charged rupees *** and the delivery boy says he cannot come because there is road closure And in case if he comes from other side of the road he will not be getting payment for the extra amount .Now if my order shows as deliverable to your address then how the hell I am suppose to know which road the executive is gonna take
Extremely disappointed with such service swiggy has provided,I have been a customer for long but now I believe I need to really switch to some other app for food delivery
No executive can give me concrete answers about my payment refund
Can someone look into the matter and give me a call if swiggy really believes that every customer is important.I am surely going to put this review as a word of mouth for people to know how I have been harassed
