My customer ID with Videocon D*H is *********. Have been recharging consistently for over *** rs month on month.
The complaint is the package are changed without information or client confirmation. Money is deducted without notice or consent
Yesterday I recharged *** rs. Asked them to take out * channels and add * channel. There is no change in the pack as it was replacement of equal value.
What they have done is taken out other channels for which I was already paying. When I called the Customer Care..... didn’t get resolution but the executive disconnected call rudely. I need this to be documented.
