- connection not provided after talking money ^Open

I have submitted request for new d*h connection on **th October **** through website d*h.com. Even after making full payment through online mode, didnt get my product and installation till date.On calling customer care, they refused to help. Instead they told me that they don't have any such ETA for installation of product, once engineer is available he will call you and install the product till then just wait. I asked how much time roughly it will take, they said they dont have any timelines . I asked them to refund my money but they refused strictly saying this can't be done.

Requesting to take immidiate action against these frauders who are making money online through such scam websites and not delivering product within given time frame.
