- Worst service ever Open
I have recently made my package as per TRAI's regulation, but the channel which I wanted to included within the pack were not showing (ABP Mazza). There was still an error message stating "This channel is not in your package" even though its a free to air channel. Then I tried to call them a thousand time, ( call centre no. does not connect all day, and only gets connect in the early morning and that to no response. They will just keep you on hold and then disconnect it). I emailed them reply comes after 7 days that too only written sorry for the inconvenience. I asked for a callback on their website. No response from them as well ( website shows me an error). My family cannot watch tv and they are deducting my account balance without giving any kind of support. This is the worst customer service I have experienced to date.
