I had ordered food from Zomato app on **st December and paid the full amount via debit card. It was suppose to show up on my current orders list but it didn't. I tired contacted the customer service but I never got any replies or assistance that required. I wait for more than an hour for their reply but never received the order,refund or any messages from their customer service.
I have paid Rs. *** for my order which was supposed to come from Goli Vada Pav No.*. I did not get my order. The customer service did not answer.
I am highly disappointed with their customer service. They do not respond and have not provided any assistance. This is extremely unsatisfactory. And I would like my money back as soon as possible.
