Complaint filed against: Zomato
I had ordered food from Zomato app on 21st December and paid the full amount via debit card. It was suppose to show up on my current orders list but it didn't. I tired contacted the customer service but I never got any replies or assistance that required. I wait for more than an hour for their reply but never received the order,refund or any messages from their customer service.
I have paid Rs. 100 for my order which was supposed to come from Goli Vada Pav No.1. I did not get my order. The customer service did not answer.
I am highly disappointed with their customer service. They do not respond and have not provided any assistance. This is extremely unsatisfactory. And I would like my money back as soon as possible.
I have attached the screenshot of the confirmation sms from my bank.
