As soon as we received the complaint, immediate actions were taken to resolve the issue. We sent an email to the company and also started a social media campaign. We also sent a legal notice to Amazon demanding a resolution, as our client wanted this case to move legally. About a month later, on 7th June 2019, Mr. Abhishek Yadav again visited our portal at 12:21 p.m. and marked the complaint as resolved.<br \/>\n<strong>A brief look into the complaint :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client Mr. Abhishek Yadav had ordered a G-Shock watch from Amazon worth Rs. 8000 on 12th May 2019. The product got delivered to him within 3-4 days, however, on opening the box, our client was shocked to see that there was nothing inside. It was, infact an empty box. Seeing this, our client sent out various emails to Amazon Customer team and requested them to resolve the issue amicably. He even sent them an unboxing video but Amazon denied the proof. Seeing that no help was given to him by the customer team, Mr. Yadav grew frustrated with them and immediately decided to <a href=\"https:\/\/voxya.com\/company\/amazon-india-complaints\/5893\">file a complaint against Amazon<\/a> at Voxya and requested us to help him in resolving the issue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The resolution provided by us:<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter getting fed up of getting no proper responses from the Amazon customer team, Mr. Yadav decided to <a href=\"https:\/\/voxya.com\/file-consumer-complaint\">file a complaint<\/a> against Amazon at our portal. We looked into the matter and started a social media campaign as soon as we received the complaint. The campaign was spread all over social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. We also sent an email to Amazon requesting them to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Moreover, we sent a legal notice to Amazon and demanded them to offer a resolution to our client.
