Lodge consumer complaint in consumer forum & consumer court

Felicitations to our development team! They have added one more module in our Voxya platform. As you all know that Voxya is a platform for resolving consumer complaints quickly, so we have extended the platform to include one more obvious user in the ecosystem, i.e. Lawyers. Now, advocates can register on our website and can provide assistance to needy consumers. They can lodge consumer complaint in consumer forum and consumer court on consumer’s behalf. Presently, there are no charges for consumers to post & resolve their consumer complaints online at Voxya. Similarly, consumer forum lawyers will be able to register free on the website.

If you are an advocate then you can register yourself at Voxya.com by going to any complaint or company page and then clicking “Help Consumers” link there. You will be presented with a form asking for personal & professional details. Please note that we are doing manual screening and approval for new lawyer accounts at our platform so be ready to provide additional details like Bar council number, name of the State Bar, name of the Bar Association, Bar Council ID etc.

Once you are registered as lawyer, you can start helping consumers to lodge consumer complaint in consumer forum. As a lawyer you can decide and charge fee from consumers directly for providing your legal services. Though no one has registered as lawyer yet (as on date 23rd Feb 2017) to lodge consumer complaint in various consumer forums but we hope that very soon we will start getting help from advocates. We are hoping that this addition in our platform will make the entire ecosystem robust, efficient and speedy.

आप भारत के प्रधानमंत्री माननीय नरेंद्र मोदी (Prime Minister of India honorable Narendra Modi) जी को अपने मोबाइल या फिर कंप्यूटर/लैपटॉप का उपयोग करके अपने घर से ही ऑनलाइन शिकायत कर सकते है | ऑनलाइन शिकायत (online complaint) करने के लिए आपको PM इंडिया (PM India) की वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा | आप गूगल पर PM India को सर्च करके इस वेबसाइट पर जा सकते है | PM India , भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री की एक आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (official website) है | इस पर जाकर आप अपनी मन प्रसंद भाषा को भी चुन सकते है | अगर आप वेबसाइट को इंग्लिश में चाहते है तो इंग्लिश, हिंदी में चाहते है तो हिंदी या फिर किसी अन्य भाषा में चाहते है तो उसका चयन कर सकते है | जब आप वेबसाइट में थोड़ा सा नीचे जायेंगे (on scroll) तो आप को एक भाग मिलेगा जहां पर लिखा होगा “प्रधानमंत्री के साथ बातचीत” (Interact with PM) | इस भाग में दो विकप्ल होंगे | पहले विकल्प में आप अपने सुझाव (Share your ideas, insights and thoughts) को लिख सकते है और दूसरे विकल्प में आप अपनी शिकायत (Write to the Prime Minister) को लिख सकते है |

अगर आपके के पास कोई सुझाव है तो पहले विकल पर जाये और यदि आपके पास कोई शिकायत है या फिर आप कोई जानकारी देना चाहते है तो दूसरे विकप्ल प्रधानमंत्री को लिखें” (Write to the Prime Minister) के लिंक पर क्लिक करे |


लिंक को क्लिक करने के बाद आप उस पेज पर पहुंच जायेंगे जहां पर आप अपनी शिकायत को लिख सकते है और प्रधानमंत्री तक पंहुचा सकते है | जिसके लिए आपको आपने नाम (Name), शिकायतकर्ता श्रेणी (Complainant Category), देश (Country), पता (Address), राज्य (State), जिला (District), फोन नंबर (Phone Number), ईमेल आईडी (Email ID), श्रेणी (Category), और शिकायत का विवरण देना होगा | अगर आपके पास शिकायत से सम्बंधित कोई महवत्पूर्ण दस्तावेज है तो आप उसको भी अपनी शिकायत के साथ संलग्न कर सकते है और दिए गए captcha कोड को भर कर आप अपनी शिकायत को सबमिट कर सकते है |

Voxya – a platform for resolving consumer complaints

We have added a new section in our website for brands and companies. Now, companies can resolve consumer complaints online by creating an account at voxya platform. As we are getting more & more complaints daily from various parts of the country so we wanted to streamline the process of complaint resolution.

Now, any company official can register on behalf of company at voxya.com and can start resolving consumer complaints. If you are company and reading this, search for your company here and then click any consumer complaint to get the link to register your company at voxya.com. You need to have official company email address and other relevant company details in order to create company account. Once you submit the company registration form at voxya.com, we will verify details and will allow you an access. Please note that there will be manual approval for company accounts from our support team.

We hope that this feature will help companies and consumers both to speed up the entire resolution process. Though no company has registered yet (as on date 10th Feb 2017) at voxya platform to resolve consumer complaints online but we hope that very soon we will start getting interest from brands.

RedBus online consumer complaint resolved

Hurrrray!! Once again we have successfully resolved a RedBus online consumer complaint by using our unique platform. On Monday, Rani Subramanian filed an online consumer complaint at Voxya.com against RedBus. She booked a bus ticket through RedBus to travel from Chennai to Tirunelveli and paid Rs.1799/- for the ticket. But due to some fault in the RedBus system she did not receive any e-ticket.

When she contacted support at RedBus they told that since confirmation of ticket was sent to her by the system so the amount cannot be refunded. She also tried to cancel the ticket at RedBus but it did not work. After trying everything, she decided to post online consumer complaint at voxya.com. On receiving the RedBus online consumer complaint, we started a social media campaign and contacted RedBus. Also, like always, we requested customer to share her complaint via social media platform like Facebook and Twitter.

Within just two days time, the customer received a refund from RedBus in her account and we have received a “Thank You” email from Rani Subramanian. Again we have successfully resolved another consumer complaint at our platform! We are happy that we are able to help consumers and resolve consumer complaints quickly 🙂
