On ** April **** at **:** PM, a recharge of ₹*** (Prepaid, **-day validity) was processed to the wrong number ********** via Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID: ************, from HDFC Bank account ending ****). This occurred because the Airtel app changed the selected number during loading without my knowledge or confirmation. The number that got recharged did not require a recharge. This is an app-side error and not a voluntary transaction. I request a full refund of ₹*** to the original payment source or transfer of the recharge to the correct number. The recharge was made in good faith and the error was entirely caused by the app's behavior.
