I ordered a mobile phone on *th June, **** on Amazon India along with several other products. A box was delivered to me on **th june containing * products. Amazon notified that mobile phone along with other product has been delivered. When I opened the box, while the other product was as per order, but instead of mobile phone a pack of Herbalife was delivered.
I promptly lodged a complaint with Amazon. They asked me to send pictures of the box, which I did. They promised that it will be resolved by **th June. When I called them today, they tell me that they have completed the investigation and correct product has been delivered to me.
They have even blocked tabs for returning the item, or even writing a review.
I can perhaps bear the financial loss, but today I lost faith in Amazon.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
