I had placed an order for Dell laptop with below specifications. Country of origin: Switzerland
Dell Inspiron **** **-inch FHD Laptop (**th Gen Ci*-****G*/*GB/*TB HDD/Win ** + MS Office/Intel HD Graphics/Silver) E-C******WIN*
But I have received item which is made in China.
I'm attaching the screenshot of the item description with country of origin Switzerland taken at the time of buying the product.
Date of purchase: **-Aug-**
Date of delivery: **-Aug-**, Place: Greater Noida
Date of complaint: **-Aug-**
Amazon accepted the return request and first pickup date promised was **-Aug-**. Since then the pickup is getting cancelled and rescheduled (* times so far) and all false promises are made by Amazon for the return and refund. All the delivery boys refused to pickup the laptop saying it is an expensive item and can't risk taking it.
Even after escalating the issue to nodal officer and Amazon CEO the pickup didn't happen as promised on **-Aug-**. Attached also see the cancellation SMS which I received on **th morning. We are being harrassed from more than * weeks now, not to mention the mental pain we are going through.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
