Swiggy instamart - Wrong Item Received on Swiggy instamart
Pranay filed complaint against Swiggy instamart on May 26, 2025
I received the wrong item in my recent order placed through Swiggy Instamart. I had ordered "Lotus Herbals safe * in * sunscreen", but instead, I received "botanical fluid sunscreen which is very bad for my skin.
I emailed them and they said they are not going to refund or replace the item, I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
