am sharing an experience which I had recently faced with Jiomart.I have ordered few groceries from JIOMART and the delivery partner calls me and says the distance between him and my house is far and it cannot be delivered but the same day morning and i usually order in JIOMART and I get it deliveredat my location.With that false statement he has cancelled my prepaid order.

HERE I WANT TO ASK THE JIOMART TEAM WEATHER IS THE DELLIVERY PARTNER WHO DECIDES WEATHER TO DELIVER OR NOT.

And mistake being towards JIOMART side when I call for support no proper support from the customer care representative to resolve my issue.
