BALAJI N filed complaint against reliance trends on Feb 20, 2018
I ordered for woodland shoe with offer of **% from reliance trends (Ordered Date-**-**-****). After two days they cancelled the order by themselves. Even they just mailed me that "inconvenience happened because of Technical Glitch". Actually technical glitch is not a issue from my side. They have to pay for their mistake. For each and everyone's mistake they are responsible and trying to convince affected people for their mistake is totally unacceptable. After they keep mailing them to call me or respond me back. They've replied we ll get back to you on **/**/**** or before. Till now there is no response from them. I would like to file a case against them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
