Harsh Malhotra filed complaint against Flipkart on Apr 30, 2026
I purchased a Sansui Air Cooler from Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************) for ₹*,***, which was under warranty till ** April ****.
I started reporting the issue on ** April **** through multiple calls, but my complaint was not registered due to repeated “technical issues.” I escalated via email on ** April **** within the warranty period and provided all required details.
Despite this, the company failed to register any actual service complaint. Only a ticket number (*************) was generated via email, but no service request or engineer visit was initiated. The company has repeatedly responded with “** hours” without taking any action.
Even after raising a complaint with NCH (Docket No: *******), there has been no resolution. Due to this delay during extreme heat, I was forced to use AC, resulting in higher electricity bills and financial loss.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service, denial of warranty rights, and continuous harassment.
I request the following resolution:
Immediate replacement of the defective product OR full refund of ₹*,***
Compensation of ₹**,*** for harassment and financial loss

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
