I used the airtel app to pay my kerala state electricity bill on *st August ****, *.** pm.The amount was debited from my account but was not paid to the electricity board.I even got an sms saying my transaction is under processing.I called the airtel cc and got an answer that they have no such transaction id in their records and asked me to contact the bank.
