We received an unordered package from Gemisphere ... the item was Stylish Diva Crystal Pearl Antique Jewellery @ *** Rs.
It was received by my son who in my absence (out of town) missed to check with me and alsonpaid cash for the same.
On opening the package, I found it was an unordered item and not even of the quality matching product description or the price
On checking refund/cancellation policy, it says we have to ship the item back to Portland for refund... the shipping will cost more than the amount paid. Hence we concluded it is a scam and later, on checking online, we found that many similar cases has been reported against this company. The contact no ********** is non-responsive.
