I have booked a universal bus transport for my previous day travel from Kumbakonam to Coimbatore with seat B* upper berth with cost me *** rupees. And the bus operator called me at time of * PM, means * hours before the bus departure my pickup origin, and they told the bus has been cancelled, you can get the refund amount to your debit account within ** hours, but their words are not true, just I have past *+ months, no refunds and not answering my call, no call back. Please help
