NoBroker Technologies Solution Pvt Ltd - Unfair practice and delay in amount refund

I have opted for nobroker Money Back Plan for rental assistance at Rs.**** plus applicable taxes where Anjum Khan(anjum.khan@nobroker.in; phone: **********) was assigned as my RM. As per the plan, if I get a deal closed from nobroker, i won't get any refund and if I’ll get the rental deal finalized from anyone other than nobroker, I’ll get my complete amount refunded post submission of rental agreement to nobroker.



I have taken the plan on **th Jul **** and finalized a property managed by nobroker on **th Jul **** and paid a token amount of Rs.**,*** same day. Even after chasing nobroker leasing team Mr.Avinash Tirlangi (avinash@nobroker.in; Phone **********) & Mr.Preetham C Salimath (preetham.c@nobroker.in; phone **********) for next * days, I have been given no clarity on rental agreement dates. Because of uncooperative and unprofessional behavior from them I reached out to the property owner directly and he confirmed that he has already denied the deal on **th Jul ****.



Issues:



*. Why I have not been informed till **th Jul when the owner had denied on **th Jul. I have to shift my family before **th Aug **** due to the existing rental agreement expiry and these guys wasted my time. Because of which I’m under pressure to find a new place.

*. If the deal was not successfully closed, then why was my rental assistance plan discontinued by Ms.Anjum Khan on **th Jul ****. This pushed me to deal with local brokers and I have to pay higher brokerage since I don’t have much time left to find a new property to shift my family.

*. Even if the deal was revoked on **th Jul **** then why is the token amount still not refunded?

*. If deal was revoked from nobroker end, then why Anjum Khan and her superiors are forcing me to continue the plan and not refunding Rs.**** plus applicable taxes

*. On what basis Anjum Khan and her superiors are threatening me to continue the plan or submit the new rental agreement, else refund will not be made?



Kindly help in getting refund of Rs.****.** (Plan Activation Fee) and token amount of Rs.**,*** as an earliest.
