I ordered a samsung galaxy tablet on **..*.** for Rs *****/on shipping address I write down the nearest metro station address there is some mistake in my mobile no in Shipping address . All the otp And information regarding this order are coming on my registered no and register email when I realised i there is mistake in my shipping mobile no. I immediately cancel the order on morning of **.*.** but I received an email from company that we can't cancel the order.you can refuse the delivery. On **.*.** I received sms as well as the email that order is arriving today. I was waiting for the order. After sometime I got an email from company your order is delivered. I lodged a complaint on **.*.** they take ** hours time and now company replies me this is otp. Based delivery and your order is delivered we can't help. I have all the email and sms is with me. Pls help me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
