Still asking me more *k to pay to close my account
Hi Team,
Let me grab your attention for the worst practice that your team follows with existing customers doing business with you since a long time.
I have attached images and documents to payments made to early salary and look through that for your reference.
Cheating Customers -
*.Amount pending to pay varies in the early salry app from the statement downloaded and email received(Everywhere difference)
*.*th of the month is EMI deduction day- Present NACH all the days of the month and charge bouncing charges *** * number of times.
You can see in the picture i have attached on **th Feb bouncing charges were thrice in a day.Explain me how did that happen ??and If your team cant close the account after paying the extra amount also Legal authorities will talk to you peopel.
*.After closing the loan with all other charges been deducted on *th April paid pending ***** through NACH still on **th April NACH presented and I am charged *** and deducted *** from my bank account.I still did let it go in saying that Ok as you are not supposed to take payments from customers like me who lost there jobs and money matters to survive and as per RBI guidelines also.
*. After having a conversation with Rahul Tiwari and Shreya Sinha from your collections team they told me how much I can pay and they will close my account then I told I will pay how much ever is pending including extra charges been already paid to early salary and payments been made on the loan account.She agreed to it and on *th April It is closed by paying more then the loan I took from early salary.
I have call proofs/emails to share with legal if you cant close the account.
*.Again on **th april I was charged *** rupees deducted from my bank account as presented NACH same month of making payment.Explain??Are you guys kidding me????I need *** refund and a Closure Letter.
*.Yesterday I recieved a call again from a lady called Neha and she asked me in her system she cannot see payment made on *th April to send her screenshot.What is this going on?
After making payments I am still been harassed/cheated/overcharged by early salary. I am done now and stop further NACH presentations to my bank account on a serious note ,I need my closure letter asap with *** refund back to my bank account or wait for me to file a Law suite and case to legal authorities for misleading/overcharging and following wrong practices in company with customers.

The statement that you have shared with me is incorrect and missing amount I have paid.I have the history and have attached now also in this email.
Tell me how is that possible to deduct bouncing and extra charges one one day **th Feb ***** =**** one single day though made a payment in Feb,NEED EXPLAINATION or Wait and watch if you cant close the case.In March i couldnt pay as the amount was showing different to pay on app and diff in statement.In APRIL after making a payment of ***** on *th April still on **th bouncing charges are applied. I have attached the document with total amount paid to early salary and still you people are keep on deducting.Its not correct what you shared with me in attachement.I have paid more then **k + back to early salary as loan was only taken **k and you people deducted charges.
I have been misguided and she set wrong expectations from me asking how much I can pay,I still paid complete amount.I need Closure letter and If you cant then better STOP nach I will visit Vimannagar branch with Police and we will talk there.I have all proofs with payments made and call recordings from your executives and misleading managers for the same.
I need closure letter on this scenario and stop NACH mandate on that account as I have closed and paid it.
