MR Stories - Service Breach in Wedding Photography

I have booked a photographer for my wedding (date August **, ****) at both the groom and bride sides total package is *,**,*** for both sides. At the time of booking, I have told him that I will clear **% money and the rest will be settled after sharing the complete wedding albums of both sides. As promised I have cleared **% money but I only received raw photos (non-edited photos). For Video, he is demanding more **,*** rs, which is not acceptable. I have no trust in him. As per the past communication, photographer should deliver me the Video after clearing **% money, and the rest **% amount should be settled at the time of delivering the albums.
