Blossom Stayz Private Limited - Security Deposit Not Refunded

I stayed at one of the Blossom Stayz properties in Saket for a month for the purpose of internship. While booking a room with them,I informed them that I would only be staying in for a month and a longer. Then they said that their minimum lock-in period was three months. So after some negotiations they were ready to offer me a room at their property. Most significantly they refused to give me a double sharing room for a month. So I had to unnescarily pay for a single sharing room. I paid **,*** for the room and along with security deposit and other charges I paid around **,***. While reserving the room,I clearly told the property manager that I would not be paying security deposit for a month which is december **** to January ****. Still they forced me to pay the amount of **,*** as security deposit stating that it would be refunded later on.
I stayed at the property for exactly a month and while vacating the place,I had spoken to the caretaker of the property about the security deposit. To which I was informed that it takes ** days to be processed. So at that time I said fine and waited for them to process the amount. Now more than ** days have passed or to be precise,three months have passed. When I tried reaching out to their customer support,all I get to hear is there is a back-end issue and they give a random date for the refund. However,the dates keep passing and each time I get the same excuse from their end.
