Flyrobe - Security amount not refunded

I had rented a bridal lehenga from flyrobe for my wedding on *st of november. The outfit was returned on *rd november at the rajouri garden store. I paid ***** Rs. which included the rent Rs. *****.* and the refundable security deposit Rs. ***** which was to be refunded within ** days after the outfit has been returned but it’s more than one and half month now. After numerous calls to their customer support and store, i have not got my refund money back. Most of the times their number is not available and when it gets connected they just give you false assurance of getting it processed in a week n the cycle continues. It’s not a small amount n i have really got sick of their lies. They do nothing about the money. The persons at the store simply refuse to help by saying it’s not in their hands to initiate refunds. I had complained them through emails too but nothing seems to work. They don’t even reply anymore.
