Sbi Credit Card - SBI Credit card charges

I have got the call from SBI team regarding the credit card and confirmed its a life time free credit card which they are offering me. But later when i have got a confirmation call from team they said its chargeable yearly with ***rs. Then i decided to not to go for further then i declined. After that i have got a call from same executive stating that they don't know who is existing customer so they will tell like that but you accept the card its a life time free credit card. Then i have accepted. After few days i have received a message saying that card what they have issued its yearly chargeable with ***rs from SBi team. Courier team contancted me to deliver the card then i declined to take the card and they have updated my email id as wrong as well. After few days i have received a credit statement with ***rs. Here the problem is they have given me a false statement and i don't have the card itself and i didn't received any mail regarding card number from SBI team. Why should i pay the bill if its not my mistake. Please help me i tried to reach them multiple times but not hepful.
