I purchased a smartwatch from Fireboltt. it was not turning ON for the very first time. It was a Defective product. I raised a complaint immediately on **/**/**. But after a month today(**/**/**) they sent a replacement watch. But the watch was a different model. They have a very poor customer service with zero process knowledge. They took * month for the watch to get replaced. No proper service centers. No proper policy. The nearest service center is ***km away from my location. Now again they are asking me to reach out to the service center again. I feel like they intentionally send a defective product and then replace it with a unsold models.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
