I have ported my mobile no. from Jio to Airtel on **.**.** through Official Airtel Retailer. My porting request has been accepted successfully on **.**.** and that night I inserted Airtel sim into my phone. Since then it has been * days, I am not able to make any recharge on this no. because it failed every time I try.I am unable to make any outgoing calls, can't check my balance. I have complained everywhere to Retailer, Airtel customer care and @Airtel_Presence on twitter but of no avail. Please help me out, I am stuck with Airtel and cant even move to other network before ** days. This is Primary no. and it is linked with everything.
