In July ****, we paid an amount of Rs **,*** to sign up for the Dove vacation package for three years. The DOve Vacation staff members confirmed that there won't be any additional costs for the following three years and added a few additional amenities to the package. He also assured me that you will receive a confirmation email from them by today or tomorrow with all the details. When I specifically asked about the company's refund policy, he said that you can request a refund at any time and will receive a full refund..After a month, I received a call from the dove team informing me that I needed to pay an additional amount of approximately Rs **** (maintenance costs) over the course of the following three years.
I requested the team to cancel the package and proceed with the refund, and they stated I would get a refund for a very small portion of my money. I visited the Chennail team and followed up several times, but still, I did not receive a refund or any confirmation that the maintenance costs would be waived off. As a result of the DOVE employees' miscommunication, I am having difficulties. Request the team to take action on the Dove employees and help on my refund process
