Beena Raj filed complaint against Air India Make My Trip on Aug 5, 2021
I had booked a flight for my son from Chennai to London Heathrow on **th Jan **** for journey on *rd Feb **** through Makemy Trip.
Ticket no.***-**********.
Passenger name - RahulRaj Rajkumar
The flight was not operational (cancelled by Airlines) and hence refund request was raised by Makemy trip Agent vide refund application number **********
But till date i have not got the refund amount of the ticket charges.
When i spoke to Air India customer care they i nformed that the refund is under process.
As per Makemy trip app, it was first stated that the expected time of refund is by **th July ****.
But now i get a message in the app that expect refund by October ****
As it is almost * months now and the amount involved is huge, kindly arrange get my amount refunded
