Support team & counselors is very unprofessional, i was give the payment ****/- on **-**-****, as token money for subscription of KG student but due to some term and condition which was not in my favor. that time i said to counselor (Kajal Sahu) & Support Team ( On Call & Mail) please refund my money at earliest. but after ** days i have not getting any amount and assurance for refund.
however i am calling to support team he said that we am escalating you matter.
