Even after multiple calls and mails, they have not provided the refund even after almost * months from the cancellation of ticket.
This is a FRAUD company and MUST be blocked & punished so that other people do not fall in their trap.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
