It is highly being unprofessional, that i being a customer is following up with my flowerapp since a very long time and not getting any fruitful response regarding my refund. It is very irresponsible behaviour i am getting from their side. I have no idea how they are managing their ****+ locations and ******+ customers as per website info if they cannot give their customer a proper service. If they have any bug issue from PayU (which is being communicated to me everytime i mail to them about my refund status) then how even are they managing payment interface with their customers. Its highly shameful that why aren't they looking into the matter. I have been chasing them since **-September-**** for my refund. Please get my refund processed anyhow.
