truejet airlines - Refund not issued

I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Cuddapah on **/**/**** for upcoming journey on **/**/**** thorough makemytrip in truejet airlines. they canceled the flight and didn't gave any refund amount and any reference number till today(**/**/****), i am trying to reach their customer support team but they are not available through phone line and email also. Makemytrip also did not provide any contact info other than one phone number which not working always. i am living rural village area, unemployed and these people didn't gave refund amount. i don't know where to go,whom to ask, when will i get refund amount. finally i found this on manual google search,so please help me to get my refund amount.
