When I was in delhi I want to book a flight from del to bbi on ** March **** but the amount has been deducted in my account and no pnr is given to me. after some time I rcv a msg from indigo that then have not rcv any amount if the the amount has been deducted it will auto credited to my account.I have insufficient amount in my account and also I am a defence person so I request my brother to book my ticket. Then he book my ticket in dfns quota in air india flight. After I reached in my home then I rcv msg from indigo that my pnr number OI*MVP is need payment for confirmation. But I try to contact IndiGo customer cate most of the time but then didn't pick up my call also don't give my refundable amount. Please solve my problem and give my amount.
