I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in receiving a refund for my canceled order on ** july. I promptly canceled the order within ** minutes as I decided to purchase something else. However, it has been [number of days/weeks] since the cancellation, and I have not yet received my refund. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
