The representatives of the company approached me for banner listing ,telling the banner team would contact me after i make the payment regarding the content of the banner.It has been more than ** days,the banner team never contacted me.When i called the representatives they would never answer my messages or calls.When i finally cough hold of them after multiple attempts,they said they have raised a ticket for the same and someone from the banner team would contact me within ** hours.No one contacted me yet again. I have been sending repeated emails and making numerous phone calls,with nothing happening.
Feeling mentally harassed and cheated i requested them for refund and they said its against their policy for the refund and they then put banner on their website of my name but putting the degrees and skills which i do not own.Feeling so cheated by them
