I have booked ticket for my father ( Senior Citizen) through RED BUS.
Route: Ludhiana to Delhi

Total fare paid: Rs.***.**
After reaching bus stand, my father was told that bus i have booked for him is cancelled and refund will be granted in few hours. He is heart patient with hypertension and this sudden cancellation of bus without prior intimation led to his risen BP.
Since **.**.****, i have given numerous call to RED BUS and every call i was promised that i will get call from HIGHER AUTHORITIES and matter is escalated. But no refund is granted yet and neither i got any call/ message/ email from red bus right from day*.
Also their customer care staff over phone are highly incompetent/ rude/ inhuman and they disconnect the call in mid of conversation without any intimation.
Plz guide me the way to sue REDBUS for their cheating and irresponsible attitude which might have ended up suffering for my dad because of his heart ailment.
