I am facing unresolved issues after getting my Realme Narzo ** Pro serviced at the Ruhi Telecom authorized service center in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Initially, my phone’s display and battery were replaced, but within days the new display developed bleeding spots. When I revisited the service center (still within the **-day replacement warranty), the technician mishandled my device, became aggressive when I sought to document the interaction, and ultimately denied further repair, falsely claiming liquid damage—despite no such issue at the time of intake.Furthermore, the device was returned in a worse state with additional hardware failures (camera, microphone, flashlight). I was asked to pay cash twice, with questionable billing and no proper documentation or job sheet copies provided. All supporting evidence, including videos and job sheets, have been submitted, but Realme has only offered generic replies, and all my escalations—through direct email, National Consumer Helpline (#*******), and legal notice—were ignored.
Then few days ago, i also sent them dm through LinkedIn, but nothing happened.
Replace / Fix problem
