Gaurang Kathiriya filed complaint against Sanfe on May 15, 2026
I placed an order on the Sanfe website on ** April **** and completed the payment online. However, even after several weeks, my order is still showing as “Unfulfilled” and has not been dispatched.
Sanfe’s website shipping policy clearly states:
“We ship fast! Your order will be on its way within ** hours.”
But despite this claim, my order has still not been delivered.
I contacted Sanfe customer support multiple times through email and website chat, but initially I did not receive any proper response. After repeated follow-ups, they replied saying that the order would be delivered soon. However, even after that assurance, the product was still not dispatched.
Due to the excessive delay and poor customer support, I requested cancellation and refund to my original payment method. However, Sanfe refused to provide a refund to my bank/payment source and instead insisted on refunding only to their wallet balance, which I do not accept.
The company has failed to deliver the product, failed to provide timely support, and is refusing a proper refund despite non-fulfillment of the order.
I request:
*. Immediate cancellation of the order
*. Full refund to my original payment method
*. Appropriate action against unfair trade practices and misleading shipping claims
