Yolo Bus - Private Buses cheating during Diwali or festive season

Hi, am from Chennai. I booked a ticket for Chennai to Madurai in private bus (Yolo Bus) ** days before travel day (Rs.***) for which is on **th November **** which is just a day before Diwali weekend night. On November *th around *:**pm I got a message saying my ticket has been cancelled with out mentioning any reason, I tried to contact Yolo bus but there was no response they didn't even pick calls and replied to mail, I checked via redbus weather the Yolo bus is offering service on same day I booked (**th nov) and YES, they it was very disappointing that they have a bus on same timing I booked, they cancelled my ticket and they repriced it for around Rs.****. Even though it was mentioned in message I will get repayment of my ticket amount this kind of business is very bad for nation, as I youngster I may find other transport or even get ticket for Rs.**** and travel, but what about people who are aged, poor, ill etc...This is not just about one Private bus (Yolo bus) but most of the private buses are doing this for huge profits, No One Cares about this.
