I have taken samsungs tab s* fe plus On april **th , the *Delivery was supposed to be by.nd may but received the product in **th , I'm just five days after my Order, There was a price drop Of ***** rupees and plus **** charger was given free of cost , And when I searched there is a samsung policy for price match price guarantee, When I approached samsung They have given me a copy of the policy Through email. But when I approach samsung India, They have pulled my For last ** days , And they're denying this policy telling that the prizes Prices vary according to offer And they cannot Go beyond their policy, For which I have given them to proof Of the price difference as well as, The Price match policy. My first token was Closed without my knowledge , And without any response to the emails I have resent , Five Days back , I had requested them to raise a different token ProviDing them with the proof , And requested a call back from the department, It's been * days.I have continuously emailed asking For A response I have been ignored And There has been no response, When I have contacted customers service.They are just asking me to wait longer, Stating me that they have informed the concerned department.And the concerned department, would contact me , But there has been no Responds from the concerned department. On my repetitive asking on the whatsapp They are giving me the same response stating that the prices vary but are not following the price match policy . They have been cutting the customer service calls and chat on my face without arranging for a call back or any response. It has been ** days.I request for a remedy.
